He was born in Ioannina, in 1980. In 1998 he graduated from the 4th Lyceum of Ioannina and in the same year he was admitted to the medical school of the University of Ioannina, from where he graduated in 2004.

In 2005 he is serving as a member of the medical staff of the General Hospital of Hatzikosta and then the field service at the Peripheral Clinic of Aetorachi.
